He proudly lists among his many accomplishments, Chef at the Loring Officers Club - owner/operator/chef at his own Cafe, the Chicken Nest which was located in Caribou on Bennett Drive. Other fine establishments that Chef Ernie has showcased his culinary magic at, are Keddys in Presque Isle; and for many years was the Manager/Chef at the Colonial House of Pancakes in Bangor. Semi-retired for the past few years, Chef Ernie has been doing in home catering for numerous lucky souls on the coast of Maine.
